For 2026 the TRACER 7 series is again elevated to new heights as it gains Yamaha’s revolutionary Yamaha Automated Manual Transmission (Y-AMT). The technology, enabling manual shifting via a finger-operated see-saw switch, or fully automatic transmission, creates a whole new riding experience. It has already captivated TRACER 9, TRACER 9 GT and TRACER 9 GT+ riders, and will now be an exciting new option for TRACER 7 and TRACER 7 GT customers, too.
Working in perfect harmony with Yamaha Ride Control (YRC) electronic features, the Y-AMT system offers an even more dynamic and exhilarating ride with unmatched levels of comfort and practicality. The new TRACER 7 and TRACER 7 GT Y-AMT, including their 35kW versions, will be available in the same colour options as the standard 6-speed manual transmission models. The TRACER 7 will be offered in Redline and Midnight Black, while the TRACER 7 GT will be available in Icon Performance and Tech Black.
