Moto Guzzi is celebrating 105 years of the legendary Eagle with a new collection of special edition motorcycles, launched to coincide with the opening of the brand’s spectacular new home in Mandello del Lario. The Moto Guzzi 105th Anniversary range will be available across the Stelvio, Stelvio PFF Rider Assistance Solution, V100 Mandello, V85 Strada and V7 Stone. Each receives a distinctive new look inspired directly by the architecture, colours and materials used throughout Moto Guzzi’s extensively redeveloped historic headquarters.
Designed by American architect Greg Lynn, the new Mandello del Lario complex represents a significant new chapter for the Italian manufacturer. Alongside a modern production facility, it incorporates the new Moto Guzzi Museum as well as dedicated spaces for events and visitors. The ambition is to transform the famous site into much more than a motorcycle factory, creating a destination for Moto Guzzi enthusiasts from around the world while retaining the heritage of the location where the company has built motorcycles for generations.
That connection between past and future is reflected in the 105th Anniversary models. Each motorcycle is finished in a dedicated grey livery with a glossy pearlescent appearance, chosen to echo the industrial and metallic character of the newly designed factory. Contrasting yellow detailing provides a distinctive finishing touch and again takes its inspiration from the new Mandello facility. A special Moto Guzzi 105th Anniversary graphic runs vertically along either side of the fuel tank, while the number 105 takes the position normally occupied by the famous Eagle emblem. Anniversary detailing also appears on the rear wheel rim.
The treatment continues with a specially designed seat featuring a stylised Moto Guzzi Eagle and contrasting yellow stitching, helping distinguish the anniversary motorcycles from their regular production counterparts without losing the character of the individual models. Moto Guzzi will offer the 105th Anniversary editions from October 2026 until the end of 2027. With their limited production window, unique specification and connection to both the company’s 105-year history and the opening of its new Mandello home, they are likely to attract plenty of attention from committed Guzzisti and collectors alike.
For Moto Guzzi, the anniversary represents considerably more than another milestone. The redevelopment of Mandello del Lario signals the beginning of a new era for one of motorcycling’s most distinctive manufacturers, while ensuring the famous Eagle remains firmly rooted in the place it has called home for more than a century.
