Indian Motorcycle has announced a new cooperation agreement with Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde, making the renowned manufacturer’s electronically adjustable exhaust systems available through official Indian Motorcycle dealers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The partnership gives Indian Motorcycle riders another way to add even more personality and character to their machines. Each Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde exhaust system offers three distinct sound profiles, Dr. Jekill mode, Dynamic mode and Mr. Hyde mode, allowing riders to switch between three fully street-legal settings to suit their mood or the riding environment. Backed by more than 25 years of innovation, every exhaust system is engineered specifically for individual Indian Motorcycle models. Combining premium materials and advanced engineering, Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde exhausts deliver a distinctive sound while providing complete peace of mind. Fully European type-approved, the systems comply with all relevant regulations and carry ECE, EG-BE and TÜV certification.
The agreement also ensures fast delivery directly from Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde, along with comprehensive dealer training and technical support. The programme covers the entire Indian Motorcycle range, supporting current models dating back to 2014 and future product introductions. Models from the 2026 Indian Motorcycle line-up that can be equipped with Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde systems include the Indian Scout family, the Indian Chief range and the PowerPlus Baggers and Tourers. The Indian Scout remains one of the brand’s most important and successful platforms. Powered by the liquid-cooled 1,250cc SpeedPlus V-Twin engine, the Scout’s combination of iconic styling, low seat height and agile handling continues to attract new riders, with more than 90 per cent of Scout buyers being new to the Indian Motorcycle brand. Nearly a quarter are first-time riders. The recently introduced Scout Sixty further enhances accessibility with a 999cc version of the SpeedPlus engine and a more affordable entry point. Today, the Scout line-up spans eight models across two engine capacities, from the approachable Scout Sixty Bobber to the performance-focused 101 Scout.
For riders who appreciate the character and simplicity of a large-capacity air-cooled V-Twin, the Indian Chief family captures the spirit of classic American motorcycling. From the minimalist Chief Dark Horse and the touring-capable Super Chief to the retro-inspired Chief Vintage, the range offers a variety of styles to suit different tastes and riding preferences. Every Chief model is powered by the legendary Thunderstroke 116 engine, a 1,890cc air-cooled V-Twin producing 156 Nm of torque and representing one of the last large-capacity air-cooled V-Twins available today. At the top of the range sits Indian Motorcycle’s PowerPlus family, comprising the Chieftain PowerPlus and Challenger baggers, alongside the Roadmaster PowerPlus and Pursuit touring models. Combining distinctive American styling with advanced technology and long-distance comfort, these motorcycles are powered by the liquid-cooled PowerPlus 112 engine. The 1,834cc V-Twin features overhead camshafts and four valves per cylinder, delivering 122 horsepower and 181.4 Nm of torque. The result is strong acceleration throughout the rev range and a riding experience that pushes American V-Twin performance to new heights.
