Traxxas, the number-one selling name in Ready-to-Race nitro and electric radio controlled (RC) vehicles, has signed up to become the official presenting partner of Freestyle Motocross (FMX) at the Arenacross Tour presented by Fix Auto. The Traxxas brand is not new to motocross. Having partnered with many leading riders, race events and race teams, it has often been seen in the world of AMA/USA Motocross and Supercross. The fastest name in radio-controlled model vehicles, Traxxas products include trucks, cars, and speedboats and there’s even a 100mph Traxxas XO-1 supercar! Famous for their performance and toughness, the models are fully assembled and ready for action in just minutes.

Traxxas will be displaying products at every round of the tour with foyer activation/have-a-go areas for Arenacross fans to try out their products before the show and during the interval. Arenacross fans are well aware that FMX is spectacular and dangerous and takes place some 60ft in the air. It’s a radical sport which makes it a good fit for Traxxas and, making another connection work, Bolddog FMX Team leader Dan Whitby – master of the Captain Morgan – is a Traxxas-supported athlete. The 2023 line up of FMX superstars at Arenacross includes Edgar Torronteras, Jamie Squibb, Dan Whitby, Nez Parker, Arran and Ryan Powley and Josh Morris. Sebo Dapper, Director of J Perkins, the UK importer for Traxxas said; “We are so excited to continue supporting the BoldDog FMX team and now the Arenacross Tour. Traxxas is all about freestyle action, speed and stunts, just like Arenacross and FMX. We think once the audience experiences the thrill of the show, they’ll enjoy bringing it home with the world famous Traxxas cars.

Traxxas-supported Dan Whitby added; “Traxxas-supported Dan Whitby added; “When we’re not riding bikes, we get our airtime fix and have fun with our Traxxas X-Max. It will actually jump a full Freestyle gap! Traxxas is an amazing company with great products. I’m proud to be supported by the firm and hugely pleased they’re involved with Arenacross.”
Arenacross Tour promoter Matt Bates concluded; “Freestyle Motocross is so hugely popular with our new, young audience, so to have Traxxas as the presenting partner makes complete sense. Equally their rider support with Dan Whitby and the Bolddog FMX team that perform at every event with us means that Traxxas will be seen loud and clear. I’d like to personally welcome the Traxxas team to Arenacross!”
