Two of America’s most recognisable heritage brands have joined forces, with Lee and Indian Motorcycle launching a limited clothing collection celebrating their shared history of craftsmanship, individuality and adventure. The new Lee 101 x Indian Motorcycle capsule collection brings together classic American denim styling and motorcycle culture, with a range of premium clothing inspired by designs dating back almost a century.

The collaboration forms part of Indian Motorcycle’s 125th anniversary celebrations, recognising the manufacturer’s long-standing influence on motorcycling since its foundation in 1901. At the heart of the collection are two of Lee’s best-known designs, the 101Z Rider Jean and Rider Jacket. Both have been produced using premium Italian selvedge denim supplied by Candiani Mills, with bespoke hardware, detailed embroidery and Indian Motorcycle’s distinctive headdress emblem incorporated into the designs.

Available in raw denim and black finishes, the jacket and jeans are joined by several other heritage-inspired pieces, including a herringbone Union-Alls jumpsuit, a chambray 101 workshirt and a selection of heavyweight graphic T-shirts. According to Lee’s Senior Director of Global Design, Sedgwick Cole Jr, the collaboration draws inspiration from the idea of the ‘Original Rider’, a reference to both the motorcyclists who have embraced Indian Motorcycle over the generations and Lee’s own iconic Rider clothing range.

Indian Motorcycle CEO Mike Kennedy described the partnership as a celebration of two brands with similar values and histories, particularly fitting as the American motorcycle manufacturer marks its 125th anniversary. While motorcycle-inspired clothing collaborations are nothing new, the Lee 101 collection places particular emphasis on traditional materials, archival designs and premium construction rather than simply adding motorcycle branding to everyday clothing.

The Lee 101 x Indian Motorcycle collection officially launched on October 15th, 2026, and is available through Lee’s online stores in the United States and Europe, along with selected European retail outlets. For Irish motorcycle enthusiasts interested in the collection, further information and availability can be found through the Lee European website.
