One to have a head of the winter, the Power Box AIR PB-02, Touratech offers a compact 4-in-1 device for use on the go. Weighing just 865 grams, this power pack combines a jump starter, air compressor, USB power bank and LED torch. This handy gadget is a must-have for any motorbike pannier. The BS Power Box Air PB02 is an indispensable aid in a variety of breakdown and power supply situations. A starting current of 600 A and a peak current of 1,200 A are available for jump-starting. The unit is designed for 12-volt lead-acid starter batteries and is intended to be able to start petrol engines with a displacement of up to 7.0 litres and diesel engines with a displacement of up to 6.0 litres. According to the manufacturer, up to 20 start attempts are possible per battery charge, depending on engine size and outside temperature. The jump-start cables feature spark protection and reverse polarity protection. The Power Box AIR is not suitable for lithium starter batteries such as LiFePO₄.


The built-in compressor reaches a maximum pressure of 10.3 bar (150 PSI). Four pre-set programmes for motorbike, car and bicycle tyres, as well as balls, make it easy to use. Once the selected pressure has been reached, the compressor switches off automatically; alternatively, the target pressure can be set manually. The Power Box AIR can also charge smartphones, tablets and other devices via its USB ports. An LED light provides a steady beam as well as strobe and SOS functions. An LCD display shows the charge level and the currently active function. Measuring 187 × 118 × 47 millimetres, the device can be stowed away in a motorbike pannier, in bags or in a rucksack. The package includes, amongst other things, smart jump-start cables, Lightning, Micro-USB and USB-C cables, a 12-volt car charger, a grid charger and a storage case.
