Yamaha Motor Europe has confirmed the return of the Yamaha Racing Experience (YRE) for 2026, taking place on 18–19 June at the iconic Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. The exclusive two-day event gives Yamaha R-Series owners the opportunity to ride their own machines on track alongside some of the biggest names in international motorcycle racing, in an experience designed to replicate life as a factory-supported Yamaha Racing rider.
The 2026 edition will feature riders from the Pata Maxus Yamaha WorldSBK Official Team, including Andrea Locatelli and Xavi Vierge, joined by GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK’ s Remy Gardner and 2025 Supersport World Champion Stefano Manzi. Yamaha’s reigning FIM Endurance World Championship team, Yamalube YART, will also attend, with Marvin Fritz, Karel Hanika and Leandro ‘Tati’ Mercado.
Adding further prestige, the Yamaha Racing Heritage Club will showcase iconic race machinery alongside legendary figures such as Giacomo Agostini, Carlos Lavado and Luca Cadalora. Additional star and VIP guests will be announced ahead of the event. Places are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis to owners of Yamaha’s R-Series models, including R1M, R1, R9, R7 and R6, plus GYTR variants.
