With the 450MT and 800 MT models, Chinese manufacturer CFMOTO is enriching the adventure bike market with technically sophisticated and visually appealing models. With a peak power output of 42 hp, the CFMOTO 450MT is an attractive bike in the A2 class, while the CFMOTO 800MT is set to compete with established models such as the Yamaha Ténéré 700 and the BMW F900GS.

Shock ‘Extreme’ with comprehensive adjustment options for individual setups
The Touratech Suspension Extreme shock absorber is available for both the CFMOTO 450MT and its big sister, the 800MT. And this premium-class shock lives up to its name: the exceptionally robust design of all components – from the piston rod and mountings to the seals – makes the Extreme shock absorber ideal for the toughest jobs. Thanks to the piggyback reservoir, a particularly large volume of damper oil is available, which is also effectively cooled. This ensures consistent performance even after hours of use on the track. Despite its toughness, the Extreme responds extremely sensitively to even small bumps in the road. Both the spring preload and the rebound damping can be adjusted over a wide range. The compression damping can even be adjusted separately for the high and low speed ranges.
Optional lowering by 25 millimetres
In addition to the standard length, the Extreme shock absorber for the 800MT is available in a version that lowers the vehicle by 25 millimetres. To combine with the lowered version, Touratech Suspension’s progressive fork springs are also available in a reduced length version.
Progressive replacement springs for series production suspension elements
The replacement springs for the series production shock absorber and fork enable effective chassis tuning at a low price. These also have a progressive characteristic that combines fine response with high reserves towards the end of the spring travel. The replacement springs are also available in standard length and for lowering by 25 millimetres.
