The Nolan X-Series is designed for riders who experience motorcycling intensely, from sports enthusiasts to the most demanding long-distance travellers. The new inner liners are built around a fundamental desire shared by all riders: for the helmet to feel like a natural extension of the body.
X-Series helmets feature inner linings made from a blend of polyamide and active carbon fibres. This material naturally regulates temperature, efficiently wicks away moisture and maintains consistent comfort, even in the most demanding riding conditions.
The inner padding, constructed with an open-mesh structure, promotes continuous micro-ventilation. Fit can be precisely customised using the Liner Adjustable Fitting system, which allows the rider to fine-tune the interior with four removable pads available in three thicknesses of 5, 8 and 13 mm. The result is a tailored interior shaped to the rider’s individual morphology.
The cheek pads are carefully contoured and reinforced with durable Sakura fabric, providing excellent lateral stability while remaining soft against the skin. The integrated Nolan Emergency Release System is discreet yet effective, ensuring the helmet can be removed as safely as possible in emergency situations.

The upper lining is made from recycled Italian polyamide, a lightweight, soft and breathable material created to deliver lasting freshness throughout daily journeys. On higher-end models, the Liner Positioning Control system allows the interior to be adjusted to better adapt to the rider’s head shape, enhancing stability and overall balance.
The fully removable and washable internal padding offers long-lasting softness, while the cheek pads, made from premium polyester, provide a comfortable fit and a pleasant tactile feel. Selected N-Series models also feature the Nolan Emergency Release System, ensuring safe handling in emergency situations.
