Our view: Harley-Davidson introduced the Cross Bones to its range two years ago, and ever since, it has become a firm favourite with custom bike fans. In contrast to most bikes in Harley's Softail range, it offers custom feel and looks with its high-placed handlebars. half-moon footboards and straight shot exhaust with slash-cut ends. As you may have already guessed, the Cross Bones is powered by Harley's torquey new 1584cc engine, which produces a reasonable 68bhp.
